LSR Enterprises, Inc., Leesport, has been awarded the
following contracts:
For Forino Builders of
Sinking Spring: "Meadowbrook" a 205-lot,
a 150-acre residential subdivision in Maidencreek Township. LSR
will be doing all excavation / grading, erosion / sedimentation
controls, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and water line installation.
Work will continue through the spring. Rod Luckenbill is the project
estimator and Daryl Emery is the project manager. Lee Miller is site
superintendent.
For Grande Construction
of Sinking Spring: "Northkill Estates" an
18-acre residential subdivision in Jefferson Township. LSR will be
doing erosion / sedimentation controls, grading, and storm
sewers for this project. Luckenbill is project estimator and Emery
is project manager / superintendent.
Construction for
"Villages of Maidencreek", an 18-acre residential
townhouse development for Larkin Association. The project is
located on Wesher Road in Maidencreek Township.
LSR also announces the
opening of its new maintenance shop
facility on North Canal Street in Leesport. Work began in December
and was completed in the summer of 2003. This new facility lo-
cated on seven acres is the home of LSR's maintenance and
field operations. LSR's administrative offices will remain on Route
61 in Ontelaunee Township.

LSR Enterprises, Inc. awarded sitework contract for
Oakshire Senior Apartments
LSR Enterprises, Inc. President, Rod Riegel announced on
Wednesday that LSR has been selected by Brisben Development
to do the sitework improvements at the Oakshire Senior
Apartment project in the City of Reading.
LSR, of Leesport, will be doing clearing, major earthwork, grading,
sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water lines, wall construction, curbs,
sidewalks and paving. Sitework began in April and will proceed
through mid-summer.
LSR is very excited to be doing this long anticipated project for
Brisben Development in the City of Reading!
Heidelberg Estate Phase 2
A contract from Forino Co. of Sinking Spring to do the sitework
for "The Meadows of Heidelberg", Phase 2 in Jefferson
Township.
This development is on a 21 acre site and includes 45 residential
lots. LSR will be doing grading, earthwork, storm sewers, and
erosion/sedimentation control work. This project is scheduled
for completion by mid-summer. The manager for this project is
Russ Outwood.
Dogwood Estates
A contract for Greth Development of Temple to do site improv-
ments for "Dogwood Estates" in Muhlenberg Township.
This is
a residential development on approximately 12 acres. LSR
will be doing clearing, grubbing, erosion/sediment controls,
earthwork, grading, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and water
lines. Work began in April and will be completed by mid-summer.
The manager for this project is Daryl Emery.
The Estates of Warwick
A contract from T H Properties of Harleysville to do the sitework
on this 22 acre site located near Boyertown. This project
involves
all phases of site improvements for a 50 lot residential subdivision
including erosion/sedimentation controls, earthwork, grading,
sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water lines, curbs, and paving.
Work on this project began in February and will be substantially
complete by June. The manager for this project is Daryl Emery
and the Superintendent is Curt Seaman.
Riverview Industrial Park
A project by the Advanced Real Estate Group to develop 79 acres
into an industrial park in Muhlenberg Township. This development
is adjacent to Sofianos Road and involves the reconstruction of
Sofianos Road, extension of sanitary sewers, water lines,earthwork,
grading, erosion/sedimentation controls, and clearing. Work on
this
project began in May and should be complete in August. The man-
ager for this project is Daryl Emery.
Highland Estates Mobile Park
This project involves the expansion of an existing mobile home
park in Greenwich Township by United Mobile Homes, Inc. LSR
had completed the previous phase for the United Mobile Homes in
2000. Work to expand the park for 26 single family lots will
include
clearing/grubbing, erosion/sedimentation controls, earthwork, grad-
sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water lines, curbs and paving.
This
project will begin in June/July and continue through the summer.
Russ Outman is the project manager.
Cinema Center at the
Fairgrounds Mall
This project is located in Muhlenberg Township and involves the
expansion of the Cinema Center and the southwest wing of
the
Fairgrounds Mall. LSR is working for the general contractor on
the
project, Largo Construction. This project includes demolition,
water
line relocations, storm sewer relocations, curbs, sidewalks, and
paving. Work will begin in June and continue through the summer.
LSR's project manager is Daryl Emery.
Laurel Village
This residential development is being done by Laurel Village LLC
and is located in Exeter Township. LSR's work includes clearing,
grubbing, sedimentation/erosion control, rock blasting, earthwork,
grading, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water lines, curbs, and
paving. Work on this project is tentatively scheduled to begin
mid-
summer and continue through the fall.
Rajah Shrine Complex
LSR continues work on this exciting project being done in
Maidencreek and Ontelaunee Townships by the Rajah Shrine!
Finishing touches are being done on the RV court, septic system,
township road improvements, and Penndot highway improvements.
Work on this project should be complete by mid-summer. Barry
Fairchild is the project manager and Lee Miller is the Superintendent.
