Rod Riegel, President of LSR ENTERPRISES, INC., of Ontelaunee Twp., has announced the acquisition of the following contracts:

STONEHEDGE: LSR has been retained by Forino Co of Sinking Spring to do the site work on this 61 acre project is located in Bern Township. It contains 73 single-family residential home sites.  LSR will perform site work including grading, sanitary system, waterlines, storm sewers, and curbing. LSR’s management team consists of Jim Earhart, Estimator and Daryl Emery, Project Manager.  Work will begin in July 2005 and be completed in late fall of 2005.

LAUREL CREEK RUN:  LSR has been contracted to perform  the work on this 18 acre project for Folino & Sons Construction of Wyomissing, Pa.  This residential development is located in Muhlenberg Township in.  LSR will be doing all phases of site work including: erosion and sedimentation controls, grading, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water lines, curbs, and paving.  Work on this project will begin in late March and be completed by late spring/early summer 2005.  LSR’s management team will consist of Megan Rogers, Estimator, and Russ Outman, Project Manager

PINE RIDGE VILLAGE: This 64 acre residential development in Swatara Township, Lebanon County is being done for Berks Homes of Brecknock Township.  LSR is doing clearing, grading, erosion and sedimentation controls, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water lines, curb, and paving for this 113 lot project.  Work is scheduled to begin in June 2005 and be complete by year-end.  LSR’s management team consists of Jim Earhart, Estimator, and Daryl Emery, Project Manager.

WEST RIDGE BUSINESS CAMPUS:  This 6 acre commercial center project being done for Zager Family Limited Partnership II. It is located in Bern Township along Route 183. The work consists of erosion and sedimentation controls, grading storm sewers, curb and pad construction, fine grading and paving.  LSR’s management team is Jim Earhart, Estimator, and Barry Fairchild, Project Manager.  Work will begin in May of 2005 and will be complete in September 2004.

FREIGHT TERMINAL: LSR has been awarded this 31 acre commercial project by Valentia, LTD. of Maidencreek Township.  The project is located in Maidencreek Township approximately ½ mile south of Blandon.  Work on the site began in April 2005 and will continue into the summer of 2005.  LSR has been contracted for all site work including erosion and sedimentation controls, grading, storm sewers, pad construction, foundation excavations. LSR’s project team consists of Jim Earhart, Estimator and Daryl Emery as Project Superintendent.     

STORAGE WORLD: LSR has been contracted by Ames Way Self Storage, LP to do the site work for a 4 acre storage facility in North Ridge Business Park, Ontelaunee Township.  This work consists of development of storage facilities, including grading, erosion and sedimentation controls, associated storm sewer systems and paving.  The work will begin in May 2005 and will be completed in late summer.  LSR’s management team consists of Jim Earhart, Estimator, and Russ Outman, Project Manager.

PRESCOTT ESTATES:  Parkview Land Development LLC of Blandon, PA  has awarded LSR this 15 acre residential subdivision in Spring Township.  The project contains 10 single family lots and is along Fritztown Road.  LSR will be doing clearing, grading, sanitary and storm sewers, and curb installation.  Work began in March 2005 and will continue into the late spring/early summer of 2005.  LSR’s management team consists of Jim Earhart, Estimator and Russ Outman, Project Manager.   

LSR is also involved in the planning of several other projects that will
be announced at a later date.
