LSR Enterprises, Inc. is a sitework development/excavating firm
that was founded in March of 1995 by Michael Rhodes, Scott
Landis, and Curt Seaman. The company originally operated by the
name of Landis Seaman Rhodes, Inc. and had its primary roots in
residential development and sewer and water line contruction. In
1996, Daryl Emery joined the firm as a partner to expand its abili-
ties in the residential construction market. In March of 1997, Rod
Riegel acquired the shares of Scott Landis and coincidently
the company changed its name to LSR Enterprises, Inc. In
January of 2003, Barry Fairchild became a partner in the firm.

LSR's principals have more than 100 years in the excavating indus-
try, most of it in the Berks County area. The reputation and respect
earned through these years gives LSR a distinct personality. To
compliment this, we have retained the services of the finest equip-
ment operators and craftspeople in the area. With each passing 
day we can underline with pride, the increasing requests for our 
services.

LSR's officers are: Rod Riegel, President; Daryl Emery, Vice
President; Kathleen Riegel, Secretary; Curt Seaman, Treasurer.

Rod Riegel is the CEO.  Rod oversees the business in general, 
along with managing the estimating department, business develop-
ment, and the administrative staff. Rod's experience includes 
15 years in the consulting engineering field with Mast Engineering Co. 
and Spotts, Stevens and McCoy, Inc. followed by more than 22 years 
in the excavating construction industry, including several years at 
Schlouch Excavating as VP of Operations, where he was very instru-
mental with his many years of experience in the construction industry 
in bringing about the rapid, successful growth of that firm.  Rod also 
spent several years as Senior VP of Operations of Brubacher 
Excavating, a prominent Pennsylvania sitework contractor. 

Barry Fairchild is LSR's Operations Manager. Barry manages all 
field activities at LSR. Barry's background includes more than 25
years as a Senior Estimator, Superintendent, and Project Manager
for several excavating contractors through out eastern Pennsylvania,
most recently as a Senior Estimator / Project Manager with the 
H&K Group. 

Daryl Emery is LSR's Superintendent / Project Manager. Daryl 
oversees the residential and special projects division. Daryl has over 
15 years experience as an Equipment Operator and Residential 
Superintendent for Schlouch Excavating in Berks County prior to joining 
LSR. 

Curt Seaman serves as a foreman and superintendent on many 
projects LSR undertakes. Curt was formally a foreman for several of 
the largest pipeline contractors in eastern Pennsylvania.
